Ramon Martinez actually fielding a batted ball
Obviously and deservedly Omir Santos‘ 9th inning 2-run homer garnered most of the attention following last night’s dramatic come-from-behind Met win, but here’s a tiny salute to the defense.
The Mets played errorless ball and Ramon Martinez, David Wright and Luis Castillo made numerous excellent fielding plays and proper mental decisions to keep their team in the game.
Gentlemen, this is for you.
