Luckily a company picnic at the National Zoo allowed me to miss Tim Redding’s terrible outing yesterday, but John Maine can still win the series for our Metsies with a strong performance this afternoon.

Thanks to [http://www.pressthebuttons.com/] for the Lakitu picture…which I obviously altered.

IMO sounds like an almost perfect day. I’m partial to mid 70′s with a breeze for baseball and this one fits in nicely. Being outdoors, with the green grass and the food, a few favorite beverages, and a crisp game. Heaven on earth. Seems like every ingredient is in place, just need the crisp game.
