Not specifically. I know that in the past various teams have spread the flu around, and some guys have missed a little time, but nothing quite like this in terms of an illness and it’s impact. Mets Fever – catch it!

Well this patch is just too cool. Great job!
And ugh…that lineup for tonight. This is just beyond bizarre. Injuries, stomach bug. It’s a wonder we are winning any games. Actually, it’s a wonder we have 9 healthy guys to even field a team nightly. You just know this flu bug thing is going to go all around. First Sheff, then Beltran, then Maine. With the way the luck is going, we’ll see Johan lifted after 2 tonight for the same thing, and the rest of the game pitched by the way back end of the BP. Then Sheff will go down trying to run the bases and we’ll see that same back end of the BP in the OF – lol.
Usually, I’m a pretty optimistic person but dang….the bright side is getting pretty dim lately.
