How often do people mention his catch in the 69 WS?
Is the game he hit two homers off of Carlton when Carlton struck out 19 Mets, but the Mets won 4–3, with all of the runs coming on his two homers, his best moment other than the 69 WS?
Did Kranepool have a thing with Payson’s daughter, and is this a reason why he stuck around so long? (A pit boss at Caesars in Las Vegas insisted this was the case to me once….)

If I could ask one question it would be if he was commissioner for one day and could change anything in baseball and I mean anything without the permission of the owners or players what would he change?

LOL! Yeah, that one was more of a joke! But a bigwig in Vegas really did insist it was true….

I’m sure but I don’t want to get slugged – maybe I’ll ask him off the record and I’ll email I what he said
