Pooping on bats since 1900
As the New York Mets prepare to welcome the St. Louis Cardinals to Citi Field for a 4-game mid-week series, TRDMB takes a quick look at what is being said at some Cardinals’ blogs.
At Viva El Birdos they note that Khalil Greene’s return from the disabled list and move from SS to 3B is welcome power for the club. Greene has hit 3 HR in 3 days. Oh, and they use the phrase “Hated Mets” when referring to this upcoming series. The dual capital letters feel like grudging respect to me.

Feel the awesome power of Khalil
At The Cardinal Nation they take a look at how the Cards’ prospects are faring in the Dominican and Venezuelan Summer Leagues.

"Summer Leagues, make me feel fine, blowing through the jasmine in my mind"
Despite the St. Louis Cardinals having the 2nd most World Championships in the history of Major League Baseball (10), I could only find 2 non-newspaper affiliated blogs on them that updated daily. Attention Cardinal fans: get on your butts and start typing!

I noticed that, but I thought it made more sense as the 142nd comment in the “morning thread.”
Better brush off the “Breaking News” keys on your keyboard Case. I smell huge views!

Also saw an unconfirmed story that Switzer is DFA and Lance “The Neon Lights Are Bright On” Broadway is coming to Citi.

Wonder where King Albert will hit a homer to so I can position myself.

You probably have a couple of choices…as he will probably hit two.

Sabes I’m guessing that you might know. Is there a publicly available (non-paying membership required) website that shows hit placement, in other words a place to go look to see where Pujols home runs have gone?
