According to the Pawtucket Red Sox twitter feed, Jose Reyes will be playing in rehab games tomorrow and Friday. Will Carroll spoke to them and they said they have “strong indication” that he is headed there for rehab although the Mets refuse to comment.

Update 5:08PM – Bart Hubbuch says in his twitter feed that the Mets have denied the rumors of Reyes playing in a rehab game
Update 5:10PM – The Pawtucket red sox are public enemy #1, they meant ARGENIS Reyes, not Jose..

Ahh Pawtucket, where if you want an autograph you have to build an elaborate contraption made out of string and a partial 2 liter soda bottle to lower your autograph book to the players below, who then sign your stuff and put it back into the bottle so you can reel it back up.

Used to live 10 minutes away from there. Nice minor league park. It’s no bee hive in New Briton CT but it’s nice.

Oh wow. When I saw (insert Met name here) and rehab, my first thought was he was a pot-head. As we all know, Mets don’t start/finish rehab assignments for injuries.
