Good mourning my fellow Mets fans. It’s time for the early (LET DANIEL MURPHY PLAY EVERYDAY!! ) edition of ” This Day In Mets Infamy with Rusty”
First off celebrating birthdays are a couple of utility players from seasons past. First is back up infielder fron ’63 – ’64 Larry Burright (1937) – he was later traded for pitcher Bob “Righty” Miller
Also another year older is Bob ” BAILOUT !!” Bailor (1951) – Believe it or not we got Sid “EL SID “Fernandez for him and pitcher Carlos Diaz in a trade with the Los Angeles Dodgers
New York Mets traded starting pitcher Brian “Bobo” Bohanon to the Los Angeles Dodgers for reliever Greg McMichael on July 10, 1998.
And guys I like you am frustrated by this team losing – BUT PLEASE!! DON’T TURN TO OVER EATING !!! YOU WILL END UP LOOKING LIKE MO VAUGHN IN A SPEEDO !!!

I think it’s time for Livan to take a hike! When’s Maine coming back?
Oh, and no comment on the Mo/speedo thing.
