TRDMB: Last Chance to Vote for Next Year’s Slogan!

Previously we ran a post to gather entries for next year’s slogan.  As you know the Mets chose us to pick the slogan in a cost cutting move but on top of that they required it only be one word.  To read the article go here: More Cost Cutting News: TRDMB to Pick Slogan.

Today is your last chance to vote on which slogan you want to represent the Mets for 2010.  Let the voting begin.  Feel free in the comment section to try and persuade voters to your choice.  The winner will be announced in a post on Monday.

Ever the optimist that I am, I wanted a first and second choice:

    1. Resurgence
    2. Believe

Although I have to say, I love the last one: WAYB. I can’t tell you how many times I yelled that at the screen this year…..

I like it but it can only be one word. Maybe TRMDB? LOL.

  5. Kingman 26

Clearly, if it HAS to be one word, the choice is Omarlicious.

  6. CaseStreet

Sounds like a good name for a Song or Album.

Or a candy in one of those Valentine’s Day assortment boxes. “Pass me an Omarlicious honey. Mmm, nutty and bittersweet. Tastes good at first but quickly loses it’s flavor.”

I dunno…Omarlicious may be sarcastic, but it can be read as approving of Omar….I’d go for “Bankrupt”

Problem with Bankrupt is that the METS are not bankrupt. For that matter neither are the Wilpons and so far it has not changed our financial situation at all.
