well, let’s hope there aren’t any injuries to the OF. Guess that means they need two more OFers. A starter and two bench players, one of which will be Angel Pagan (unless he’s traded).

5th OF/PH types are always readily available.
Who knows, Evans could end up being the guy to fill that rolw and the RH 1B compliment.

Matt Capps is another interesting non-tender. He was brutal last year but was awfully good in the 3-4 seasons before. His prior success will make him too expensive for PITT to risk arbitration.
