bad news everybody, the mets just released this statement:
“the poster known as TRS86 has been placed on the 15 day disabled list. he is expected to be ready for spring training.”
i think it’s safe to assume that at least one extremity has fallen off, possibly more….

Seriously though, I’m assuming you had the day off today and spent a nice relaxing three day weekend with the family. As there certainly is nothing going on in Mets world this weekend other than the rehashing of the past week.

Now maybe it isn’t really Billy, but maybe his brother? The only thing we really know about T is he claimed to be from Virginia, where (coincidence? I think not!) Wags hails from.
Might also explain the Mets fandom.

That would fit, IF I did not dislike Billy Wagner even more than most of the Phillies. But yeah wait until Billy has been retired for about 10 years, add 50 pounds and we would be twins.
