also noticed for the first time they pay 16 home vs. 7 away in April. Hope that helps them to a fast start (even though it is unlikely to help HR output much!)
But, could be good to get the pitchers on track, as long as it doesn’t derail the power hitters.
And at least the schedule maker took pity on the fans and has them play the last 4 games vs. the Nats, instead of the fish. Maybe that will help.
wow, 15 of the last 20 at home 2.
That means of the first 4 and last 2 weeks of the season (40 games, so 1/4 of the year) they play 31 at home and only 9 on the road. So no good reason not to have a fast start of strong finish!
And I guess they won’t be around NY much during the middle of the summer…
