Now just as a refresher or new information for those who are not familiar with the dugout. The real dirty dugout is an IRC chat that we use mostly during games(so you dont have to make 100 comments during a game in the threads and develop carpal tunnel by pressing refresh for replys on those comments….yes we love you too ;p). Now when you first log in, you can log in with whatever nick you want for yourself(you can leave the password field blank for the first log in). Heres the IMPORTANT part, to avoid the chat changing your nick because its not registered(into “unidentified#####”), you need to copy and paste this (/msg nickserv register password email) in the comment box(without the parenthesis) replacing “password” with a password of your choosing and “email” with your email. This must be the first thing you do as the chat will change your name within a minute of you logging in. Once you have done this, your nick will be registered and the chat will not bother you anymore. In the future before you log into the chat, you will need to enter your nick along with your password to enter the chat and avoid the chat changing your nick. Have fun and LGM!
