    Thanks for the heads up.

Did anyone see this fanwalk brick at Citi?

yeah, pretty cool. It’s every fans dream to have their kids play for their team. I wonder how Figgy, sr. feels about Figgy, jr. being a Philly now.

      That sucks…

That’s great; just wish I hadn’t seen the utterly moronic comment by the site’s author below the picture. Incredible that someone could cite losing Figgy as a reason Omar should be out of his job.

There sure are a lot of dumbasses writing on the internet out there.

With those 2 an F mart, could be a nice team. Should score some runs.

How did the catching end up shaking out between AA and AAA? Migth need to look that up.

I thought it was Thole and Santos at AAA. Don’t know where Riggins wound up.

    2. CaseStreet

Riggins is listed in AA as is Evans.

    Lets Go Junior Core!

    1. CaseStreet

I’d go with a 3-5 of Davis, F-Mart and Thole.

      1. stickguy

No, thole will be in the 2 or 3 hole.

      2. CaseStreet

With Carter there, I could see F-Mart or Thole hitting earlier in the lineup.

      3. Kingman 26

        Yeah, Thole/FMart/Davis 2-3-4??

Or Wright/Davis/Bay/FMart 3-4-5-6 for the Mets??

        1. CaseStreet

What about Reyes, Beltran, Castillo (maybe Tejada) and Thole?

Did anyone see the article about the umpire calling out the Red Sox and Yankees for slowing the pace of the game? And Jeter ignoring them and stepping out anyway despite not being granted time? That punk.

    1. DNDJohan aka kistics

Jeter can do no wrong. He’s the man….

That’s what everyone said about Tiger… oh well…

      1. ceetar

Sorta relatedly Bobby V was on ESPN Radio and they brought up the Yankees and “aging wonders” and how it seems like they’ve found a “fountain of youth” I don’t see how they can discuss things like this without coming to the obvious conclusions.

    2. metsfan4decades

Yes, I read that article. Not for nothing but those Yankee/Red Sox games are getting to be a marathon.

So if Jeter stepped out anyway, it’s his loss on that pitch, right?
