1. Jose Reyes – SS
2. Alex Cora – 2B
3. David Wright – 3B
4. Jason Bay – LF
5. Jeff Francoeur – RF
6. Gary Matthews Jr – CF
7. Fernando Tatis – 1B
8. Henry Blanco – C
9. Oliver Perez – LHP
I can’t beleive Tatis is starting again. How did we end up back in the position of him being a regular (I consider a platoon guy a regular)? I agree with TRS that he is OK as strictly a bench guy, but no way he should ever start unless it is an occasional day of rest.
Not sold on GM eiter, but I guess he does need to get PT too.
I really didn’t want either one (well, jacobs I wanted off the team, and tatis on the bench). But given the choices, with a LH SP on the mound (I assume), tatis sadly.

If your options are Kcobs or Tatis which would you prefer. At this point Tatis is the best option, as sad as that is.

But seeing Jose back really does change the dynamic of the lineup. NOw just need to get beltran back. And at this pace, Ike will be up within a month.
