.425 is Wright’s average against the Dodgers

He’s gonna love playing there after his current contract expires. ;-)

I wonder what sort of lineups the Mets will put out for the DH today? Yesterday had GMJ in for Frenchy, they’ll probably still do that in 1 of the games. Maybe Cat will get some much needed at bats. Perhaps Tatis gives Wright a game off. I assume each catcher gets 1 game, and Cora will spell Castillo in 1 of them. It will be interesting, to me anyway.

hopefully Jerry doesn’t pull a Willie (hey, that sounds perverted, doesn’t it?) and play all the bench guys in the same game.

Although based on recent met history, that always seemed to be the game they score 8 runs.

I am not too worried about playing guys both games. They played 5 innings sunday, had yesterday off, play 3 quick games and have Thursday off. Plenty of rest for this early in the season.

I still don’t understand why they started the make up game at 4:10. Why not make it earlier, so there would still be a reasonable chance of starting the 2nd game close to on time? If game one drags at all, game 2 might not start until 9:00.

Especially since Wed game is at 1pm……

O.K. – I had yesterday’s trivia question but have absolutely no idea what the answer is for today’s.
So here’s my guess: Roger Craig?

      Evel Knievel?
