   If anything, I think Carter should play RF and keep Bay in LF. Bay has been hitting well. I’m not sure why you’d want to sit him down.

   And Carter hitting 3rd? C’mon… I like Carter, but he’s not a #3 or a #4 just yet. I’d rather see Pagan batting #3. I know Jerry likes to ride hot bats, but like many of you said before… Carter wasn’t good enough to make the team over Jacobs and Cat. And now after 6 games, he’s your #3/4 hitter? What’s the logic behind that move Jerry?

   Based on recent signs (Carter batting 4th, 4th, 3rd three days in a row; Frenchy benched two days in a row)…

   …if Carter gets a couple hits tonight, and Jeff goes hitless – I fully expected Carter to be in RF tomorrow.

   Why’d you choose Burkhardt out of the dozen of people to tweet the lineup btw?

   It’s certainly interesting..probably slide Pagan up further, Maybe drop Davis down a bit due to slumping..Carter third is semi-befuddling..

      Pretty soon everyone will say “That’s just Hanley being Hanley.” This guy is a tremendous talent, but an egotistical baby who doesn’t know how to play the game the right way. He looked ridiculous jogging after the ball yesterday while the Diamondbacks played merry go round on the bases.

   the reason carter is hitting 3rd is obvious. Bay is currently the 3rd place hitter. Carter is covering for Bay. therefore, carter hits third. All simple Jidiot logic.
