According to MLB.com, Jose Lima has passed away due to a massive heart attack. He was only 37
-Wow, that is way too young. I guess when its your time, its your time….even if its Lima Time. RIP…

I admit although I grew tired of his antics extremely quick – he brought a kind of perverted electricity to that mets team in ’07

We may not have liked his pitching when with the mets but he certainly was one of the characters of the game in this generation.
