Yuck. I always thought these were pretty ugly and was thankful that other teams throughout the league had even uglier uniforms (Astros & Padres come immediately to mind).
I guess even Joe P makes a mistake every once in a while. I’ll call this his Carlos Monasterios moment in honor of some comments in a previous thread.

No apology necessary, it’s a matter of personal taste.
I love all the memories associated with what happened in these unis but I found the stripe unappealing from the first moment I saw it and was not sorry to finally see it go.

The above Uni’s were pull overs, right? uff da.
