If you don’t know yet Jerry Manuel will be suspended for today’s game for his conduct at 1st base in L.A.
Jason Bay seems to have suffered a mild concussion that didn’t show up till this past Sunday and will be observed for the next 48-72 hours. There are rumblings that he may be headed to the DL.

Well, I’m thinking any concussion probably warrants a couple weeks of rest, minimum. They should just DL him now – why wait?
And while they’re at it, can they just release Ollie? That way we can get two replacement players and start this homestand with full 25 guys on the team.

Thanks King I am sure I bare some responsibility in some of our past exchanges due to our differences also. I am sure every1 here including myself have a lot of respect for one another. Some of us are just more passionate than others I suppose.

Also, per Kevin B….he’s saying on the pre-game that after all the meetings yesterday, they’re just waiting to see if the road trip was an ‘funk’ and they’ll kick it into gear now that they’re home. If not, he expects by week’s end to see drastic measures taken.
Bobby O also saying this 6 game homestand if ‘vitally important to some people’s jobs’.
