Justin Turner Injured and Out For Season? Fmart Out Again.

This from Mack’s Mets Facebook link.

Well no more Turner over Tejada debates I guess.

UPDATE: It just gets better. So the case could be made that both of these players should have been with the MLB team. You can’t play the “Well they would not have gotten injured up here” game but it does seem like karma.

If it wasn’t for bad luck, the mets would have no luck at all.

If he was up on the mets instead of Tejada, like they should have done, this would never have happened!

So much for getting a look-see at Turner up here next month….

Add FMart to that list also possibly.

Can you update this with the Fmart info? I was trying to add Rubin’s tweet.

F-mart – this generations Moises Alou

I wish Fmart would have half the career that Alou had though. At least Alou waited until his was basically over.

Yeah, I guess so. Sorry about that.

assuming this is not a day to day thing, entirely possible he is done for the year again. At least based on his history.

and if that happens, by the time he gets back to playing, he might be about 10th on the OF prospect depth chart!

Our hope is that history repeats itself and Fmart’s troubles are that of Reyes when he was young.

well, Martinez has already had a couple of surgeries (hammate bone and knee). reyes just kept pulling his hammys.

          true

The knee issues for an OF prospect are troublesome for sure.
