   I don’t see the “comments,latest,tags” that used to be at the top right when I am in a post. Is it just me or is anyone getting the same result? Now that I notice of the “comments,latest,tags” now defaults to latest rather than comments also.

   I suspect some fiddling around by either Dirty or TRS.

      yeah, just noticed the same thing. the spyder stuff moved up to the top, and the latest comments were gone.

         Good at least I know I am not alone.

         I been refreshing it since then and things come and go so I think its just 1 of the guys trying some new things out.

            Yeah it was me. Check now and see if I am missing anything? I had to reload all the widgets. Are any of them in the wrong spot?

               well the mlb standing used to be on the left and i removed the splush this morning because it was hanging during page load more than usual.

               I was gonna try it again once wfan startined updating their feeds.

               Tabbed sidebar, was it showing 8 recent comments, 8 latest stories? I thought I had it set at like 5 or 6.

      I see those tags whether I have a post selected (like right now) or not.

      I see them in the same order also:
      Featured/Latest/Comments/Tag Cloud

      I’m using latest Firefox version…if that makes any difference.

         Oops….Obviously don’t have ‘featured’ if I’m inside a post, like now.

         The order of spyder, mlbtr, facebook roll, etc. is also the same.

         But…if I’m not mistaken, I thought the MLB standings used to be on the left, higher up. Now it’s on the right, below the facebook roll. I don’t like it way down there…..

   O.K., I’m seeing the mlb standings now on left below twitter. I can’t remember if it was above or below twitter to begin with. But….there seems to be empty space after the Login link and before twitter starts.
   Is that empty space necessary? Or can everything be moved up starting with twitter….or maybe mlb standings be put in that space above twitter?

   Not a big deal…just thought maybe that empty space can be used….

         Shoot…I could have ad blocker running. I believe I added it sometime ago, but could never really get it to work but abandoned it, thought I uninstalled it. Obviously…either I thought I did or didn’t do it right b/c I just checked and I do have it, but not the latest version.

         Thanks for letting me know ’cause now that you mention it, I’m not seeing any ads on this site. I did however see them all on the old site, even with ad blocker.

               Actually, I downloaded that Ad Blocker months ago b/c I was having a problem on WFAN’s site where I couldn’t get it to load half the time and thought it might be b/c of the ridiculous amount of adds. I couldn’t get it to work though and I thought I uninstalled it. Especially since I always saw adds on every site at all times.

               I think I know how I got this old version back…now that I’m thinking about it. I had a major config problem a few weeks back and did a rollback of sorts to try and fix it. Might be when it came back….which coincided with when this new site stood up so I never noticed it.

               Adds don’t really bother me, unless it slows down the loading/refreshing of what I’m looking at……

      if you have adblock 4d then that space is where an advertisement normally is somehow you have the image adblocked but not the frame so hence the space.
