I put a link to this under the flag in my post this morning but it’s certainly worthy of more attention. The linked video is excellent.

My apologies Grave. I guess I was so focused on reading the comments that I never realized that you actually posted the link below the image.

I appreciate your apology but it’s absolutely not necessary. I wanted to make it so if you clicked on the flag it would take you to the vid but I’m not sure how so I added the sentence below the flag knowing it might be overlooked.

So I really am glad you’ve given our readers a second chance to find these great interviews. All the guys, even the Phillies but especially R.A. Dickey, have some great things to say.

I don’t know what it is, but there is just something about Dickey when he’s interviewed. You know he’s always going to have something to say worth listening to.

I can’t imagine what was going through Pagan’s mind, so young and only being in this country for like two months on that fateful day.

From the Times. They ask the million dollar question about replacing Omar. I guess we will find out soon enough.

“” if they really want to make a clean start they will hire someone like Kevin Towers, the former general manager of the San Diego Padres and a person widely admired within baseball. He is currently biding his time as a Yankees consultant, just a subway ride from Queens.

But Towers is his own man, with an accomplished resume, and if he came aboard it would probably mean that Jeff Wilpon, the Mets’ chief operating officer, would have to back off some and limit his own input. Would Wilpon be willing to do that? We’ll see.”"
