    AL guy! Red flag alert!

sorry, I am still shell shocked seeing botched BP usage and late game player usage.

what the hell, talk to him too. talk to everyone. Just make sure to pick the right guy. One that actually is a strong tactical manager.

Despite his legitimate qualifications the cynic in me thinks “mandatory minority candidate.”

Unless I’m forgetting someone, they’ve only interviewed white dudes so far.

      Isn’t Wally black& Jewish ? Oy

No Rusty, Wally Backman is not black. Thank you for playing.

He’s Jewish, but he is also 1/8 Indian, 1/8 Navajo, 1/8 Armenian, and 1/8 Dominican.

          and 1/4 a lesbian eskimo.

How do you know he’s not white?

Bill Simmons has a “club” for guys with names that sound like they are one race when they are actually another one.

A reasonable question, I do not know that he’s not white. I am making some dangerous assumptions based on seeing him on TV and in photographs, and knowing his name, but it’s entirely possible he’s Sicilian.

I should know better than to assume ever since I met my brother’s white friend Delmont Benjamin. Thankfully when they walked in I didn’t say “who’s this guy and where’s Delmont?” But I did turn white(r) with surprise.

I still think the Mets should get credit since they evaluated a minority candidate when they showed Jerry the door.

well darn. the Giants gave up a touchdown. Now only leading 41-7.

even the Dolphins couldn’t blow that lead.

      OUCH!!!

Why is MB updating a post about Cliff Lee’s FA status? Does this have anything to do with the Mets? Is ripping off MLBTR that important?
