- Jeff Francoeur signs with the K.C. Royals a one-year contract for $2.5 million with a mutual option for 2012 at $4 million.
- Paul Konerko resigns with the Chicago White Sox to a three-year, $37.5 million deal.
- Carlos Pena signs with the Chicago Cubs a one-year, $10 million deal.

Mets signed Boof Bonser to a minor league contract. He’s 29 and was on the comeback from shoulder surgery last year. MLBTR points out his decent BB and K numbers.

I will guess No. but sometimes miracles do happen.
I am pretty sure that DIckey actually ptiched pretty well in 2009 though. Boof, not so much last year.
