Huh….I actually have no difference of opinions with any of Gonzo’s selections above.
Only comment I have is not quite sure Endy is exactly underrated. I think all appreciated his contributions while here.

Agreed. If anything to me Endy is overrated.

I agree. 1 nice catch that came at a special time got him way higher rated.
think about him if that one ball was 2 feet higher, and over the fence. Would anyone even remember he was on the team?

You forgot about that game winning drag bunt!
But yeah, Endy was a very good defensive replacement with little power at the plate.

Not sure how Wiggy is underrated when he was only reg 3B in 2003. He was/is a utility guy. Brooks Averaged 8 HR’s & 50 RBI on HORRIBLE teams. he was never acclaimed as much. Vizcaino was only the Reg SS 1 season 1995 and could hardly be underrated. Ironically he was traded w/Kent for Baerga LOL…Kent who is a HOFer again was never touted as a star but certainly proved his worthiness thru the rest of his career. Rick Reed..? Really? Nuff Said. LOL

Jeff Kent? A hall of fame caliber player that started cutting his teeth on the Mets, overrated? Was he the nicest guy? No. He was not the greatest fielder, but he was a damned good hitter.
