Was just thinking the same thing when I looked at this: the underperformers are no longer in the BP. Gee joined he rotation out of necessity and obviously has been better as a starter than a BP arm, but the other 2 are gone from the BP. Have to credit Alderson with acting quickly on replacing those not getting the job done.
Wonder how Parnell would have fared in this mix had he not went on the DL? Something tells me he wouldn’t have been as ‘lights out’ as the others have been for the past several weeks.

pretty damned good actually. And a good example of why you can’t panic after 2-weeks and write off the entire season!
also interesting to note that the 3 guys with poor results are no longer part of the pen (gee in rotation, DJ and Iggy down to bolivian).
