Well, I never would have guessed no other Met rookie had this honor. They couldn’t have been doing this for very long, right?

Turner commented:
“I think when there’s guys on base or situational hitting it’s a little easier to form a plan and no what you want to do,” Turner said. “I haven’t looked at my numbers with no one on, but I assume they’re horrible.”
Turner is batting .414 with runners in scoring position and .245 with the bases empty.
