I suppose there is still hope that he makes some swing tweaks, and finally has a good day, relaxes, and goes on a tear. Not thinking it is likely, but it is a nice dream!

He is absolutely and positively who should be batting second based on how he has hit this year.

probably. especially combined with his relative lack of power.
sort of a much less annoying version of what Castillo was supposed to be.
Hey, remember in ST, when many people were all up in arms that the Mets were releasing their “best” option for 2B? Funny how that ended up working out!
