you knew murph wasn’t getting a start after yesterday.
And I’ll throw this out there… Not happy with Thole’s progression at all. Not saying Nickeas is any better, but that is going to be a hole to be filled in the offseason.

no, thole has not been a positive this year. something needs to happen with catcher.
I assume the murphy comment was the issue in the 10th that I read about? did not see it, but man, run downs are one of the trickiest things to learn about playing certain IF positions.
but, how about that Duda, starting to flex those HR muscles!

Actually I don’t mind Thole that bad. Catchers in the NL especially stink as a whole and there will not be much on the market. No reason to waste money there. Just bring back Paulino and Thole.
