Now that the Mets have signed the 13th pick overall from the 2011 MLB draft Brandon Nimmo the hard part begins. Waiting to see if Nimmo defies the odds against draft picks making it and turns out to be a successful MLB player.

A few but not many interesting names stand out but none probably more than the Cleveland Indians 1991 13th overall pick Manny Ramirez. Let’s just hope the Mets do a lot better this time around with their 13th overall pick than the last time.
