The 2011 GIBBYS are tonight on MLB Network at 9 p.m. ET. There are a number of categories ranging from “Player of the year” to “Oddity of the Year”. Yet in all the categories listed only 1 Met is listed and he is no longer with the team. Yes, Jose Reyes is a nominee in the “Wow Factor of the Year” an award for the game’s most exciting stars. I wish Reyes luck and look forward to satisfying my desire for baseball watching the awards show.
