Are we leading the league with minor league contracts signed this off season yet?
Hey, at least we can say we led the league in something in 2012.

I doubt it. All teams gotta fill the minors as well as the majors.
Most teams don’t poke fun at every minor league signing though.

Well, that maybe true but maybe it seems like it because these signings are reported on so many boards and most with a negative twist. It’s NY though and the favorite pastime lately sees to be making fun of all things NY Mets.
Here’s hoping we have the last laugh.

4D here is the breakdown as best I can tell up to now. You should know I try to make an effort on only listing players signed to minor league contracts that have at least 1 game in the bigs.
Right now FWIW the Dodgers lead the way with 11 minor league contract signings followed by the Mets with 9 the Twins with 9 Pirates with 8 and the Phillies with 8.
