   I’ve no issues with this, based on the minor league signing. I’d still like to see 1 more pitcher signed as the long/swing man with starting experience (and possibly a HR threat off the bench).

   Also, Selig signs 2 year extension. So Sandy will be around 2 more years at least and the Wilpons will get a trusted ally back as well.

      Selig gets 2 year extension. Dang. With Selig gone, I was really hoping that would be the beginning of the end for Wilpons as sole ownership.

      And they accuse ball players of having big egos. What would posses you heading towards 80 to want to keep at it?

      I don’t know about you all but I’m looking forward to my retirement and getting off this roller coaster….

      Nah, Sandy quits before the end of 2012 if the Wilpons have not put the team up for sale.

         Don’t hold your breath, that’s gonna take years. The amount of wins I expect this to get in 2012 keeps dropping the closer we get to the season and the more I think about how improved the rest of the division is.

         This team may not even be close to the bottom of the pit of despair yet. F*&k, I need a drink…
