RDM Dugout was experiencing some connection issues yesterday. It should be resolved today.
It should point to the new build of lightirc but if it doesn’t clearing your browser cache should remedy that.

the way this game is going, I am glad the dugout was broken. I couldn’t get to it to day an either PC, using 3 different browsers. For some reason, after a recent update I can never get to it though chrome on my laptop (used to be able) but could on IE9. Tonight, that is busted, as is firefox on my desktop (usually works fine).
