A Look At The NL East Record At The Start Of The 7th, 8th & 9th Innings

Last week I published a look at what the NL East records were after the 8th & 9th innings. Considering how poorly the pen performed this weekend I thought it would only be fair to do an updated look. This time though I added the 7th inning as well since one of the games this weekend the lead was lost starting the 7th inning.

Here is last week’s look at the NL East Record When Ahead, Tied Or Behind At The Start Of The Inning.

Clearly there are issues with the pen. This is not to say there isn’t.

Saying that though the Mets this year due to their comeback ability combined with pitching have lost 3 games all year where they were ahead or tied at the start of the 7th inning and 12 when they trailed.
