I gave up on trying to keep up with them all. Now, it is like christmas morning, when some random player appears on the field and it is a big surprise.
also heard the Rauch has “debris” in this elbow, but they are willing to have him miss the Nats series and go with a short pen? No DL? Do not like that idea, especially if it means he comes back for the yanks.
just put him on the DL and get another player up that can actually, well, play. And with Rauch, does not matter who it is since he pretty well sucks now, so a very low set bar.

Rauch is not on the DL because they hope he can just rest for 3 days and come back. Also, there’s no room left on the 40, so if he went to the DL the only options are Carson, Mejia, and Familia, so that’s not happening.
Just a prediction, but I’m gonna guess after Wednesday’s game Hefner will be optioned and Satin DFA while Bay and Beato are activated. Although Bay for Satin could happen prior to Wednesday’s game.
