   I believe between yesterday and today, FWICG.com has posted the following possible extensions for Dickey:

   2 years, 20 million
   3 years, less than 36 million
   2 years, 30 million
   4 years, 60 million
   5 years, ?? million

   Am I missing any here? I think the contract negotiations are clear as mud for us!

            I am still torn on Wright. Everything depends on the returns for Wright and Dickey and what they intend to do after trading one, both or re-signing both. Devil is in the details.

               oh, i agree that it will certainly depend on the return, but i think that thought goes for everyone in the entire universe. I think that the return for Dickey will be better than for Wright, when you factor in what the teams needs are and what the strengths of the team are and lastly, how long you anticipate either Wright/Dickey to be a contributing member of the team.

   Didn’t Sandy declare there would be big changes for the Mets in 2013?

   So far we’ve declared Duda our LF and attempted to sign both Wright and Dickey to extensions. Ike Davis has been removed from the trade block as well.

   Where exactly are these changes going to be? 1 new outfielder, a 1/2 time catcher, and a couple relievers?

      Are you serious or has someone hacked your account?

      He also said “We’re Buyers!”

      There are going to be NO significant changes, other than the horrific possibility of losing Dickey and tying ourselves down with a declining anchor named Golden Boy.
