well, hopefully this was part of his problem, and it was not just general suckitude.
But why wait almost 3 months after the season ends to get this done? Did he not know he had them before this?
He had best be ready for the opening of ST. Since it seems we are stuck with him in a prominent role, he better be 100% ready for it.

Aw, Fat Franky got his self all cut up by some docs? Good! That guys sucks! Throw Parnell into the closer role and give him the chance to finally show all his whiny fans how unworthy he really is of it.

In all seriousness, though, I’d like to see the team bring in a real closer, cause Franky sucks and I have no desire to see Parnell back in that role.
