I came across this article by Andrew Pentis of Milb that is the 3rd part of a series that interviewed pitchers last year that struck out Bryce Harper twice in a game. The last of the series talks to Matt Harvey. The interview occurred before Harvey was called up last year. – Link

You go, Matt Harvey.
Or is this Zack Harvey? Or Matt Wheeler?

I heard that MB did that, but did not see it before they made the correction.

I didn’t see it either but read about it on two other Mets sites today.
Haven’t been over there in a long time but it sounds like that site has gone downhill some.

pretty much. nothing passing for original content (though I guess it rarely had that), but the quality is slipshod at best.

Considering the Mets will be chumps this year, my schadenfreude for Harper (and Strassbitch) is going to be really annoying. Just throwing that out there.

I developed my schadenfreude for Harper as soon as he came up last year. Strasburg doesn’t much bother me though.

I was at this game. I took a pretty crappy video of one of the strikeouts. Here’s the link- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vphiwzgv_OQ

Thx for the video link. That strikeout looking looked like a knee buckler.
