he is in mid-season form. An OBP machine, no matter what it takes.

Let’s go Wilmer. Win the damned 2B job right out of ST, and never give it back. You can do it. you want it, you know you do.
and the d’auberville kid? Bust. Ship him out to MiL camp and be done with it.

Bust? LOL.
If Wilmer does do that, I suppose you could say that Murph will be Pipped.

yes, that was sarcasm. Just imagining what the looney fringe that has the patience of a horny humingbird will do if he does not light up Florida during ST.
and I would not mind at all if he gets murphed by Wilmer (though that does sound kind of kinky…)
having a strong RH bat with some power in the 5 hole just would make a world of difference. having another one to go along with it (Flores and D’oorknob) would really balance out the lineup.

Ah….I was wondering where all the updates from that game today were coming from. I should have come here first….
So the score when Rubin quit tweeting was?
Can’t wait for tomorrow’s first televised ST game.

I need to check and see if MLB.tv will carry it. i highly doubt they will, but you never know.
more bummed that I may have to miss OD. that is spring break week, and we are probably going to be touring colleges with my daughter. So going to be hard to see that game!
have to make it back by Wednesday night (I assume it is a night game!) for game 2.

And next year when she’s attending the college of her choice (probably the most expensive one) you’ll see her during spring break on MTV.

I think we might be, though not sure if there will be enough time. I like schools there, but she may not want to go that far.
still working on my plan to get her in a NC school, then sell the house and move down to be in-state. Wife is still not sold on the idea, but i will wear her out eventually.
if we do get down that week it won’t be as far south as you. More in the raleigh area.
may also stop in Charlottesville. isn’t that your old stomping grounds?
