Adam Rubin has a quick piece of news regarding the injured Shaun Marcum over at ESPN New York. According to Rubin, Marcum is on track to pitch two innings in a simulated game within the next couple of days and possibly a minor league outing shortly after, if all goes well. Laffey allowed 10 hits and 3 runs over 4.1 innings last Sunday versus the Miami Marlins
