The Mets had a perfect Memorial Day on the farm.  Here it goes: Las Vegas 9, Salt Lake 7Zack Wheeler wasn’t great, giving up 5 runs (3 earned) on 4 hits in just 4 innings of work.  Wheeler walked 3, struck out 4, and for the second straight start gave up 2 homeruns.  Sean Henn ended up getting the win, despite allowing 2 runs in 2.1 innings.  Gonzalez Germen picked up his first save of the year.  Francisco Pena was 2 for 3 with 2 homers and 4 RBI’s.  Pena has taken the PCL by storm with 4 homers in just 8 games.  Omar Quintanilla had 3 hits, including a double. Kirk Nieuwenhuis was 2 for 5 with a homer.  Wilmer Flores, Jamie Hoffman, and Eric Campbell were all 2 for 4 with a double. Binghamton 6, Portland 5Jacob deGrom was good, allowing 2 runs (1 earned) on 8 hits through 6 innings, walking 2 and striking out 9.  John Church tried to blow it, but Jeff Walters shut the door by 1.2 innings and got the win.  Allan Dykstra was 3 for 5 with 2 doubles and a homer.  Josh Rodriguez, Joe Bonfe, and Wilfredo Tovar all had 2 hits.  Cesar Puello was 0 for 5 with 3 strikeouts. Savannah 4, Greenville 1Gabriel Ynoa pitched a gem, allowing 1 run on 6 hits in 8 innings, striking out 6.  Beck Wheeler struck out 2 in a scoreless 9th for his 5th save of the year.  Eudy Pina was 3 for 5 with a double and homer.  Yucary De La Cruz, Maikis De La Cruz, and Jeff Reynolds all doubled.  Jayce Boyd sat and Kevin Plawecki went 0 for 3 as the DH.
