While the Mets were miraculously winning their third game in a row, here’s what happened down on the farm: Reno 6, Las Vegas 5Matt Fox was solid, giving up just 2 runs in 6 innings, but both Josh Edgin and Armando Rodriguez gave up 2 runs in an inning of work each.  Collin Cowgill, Josh Satin, and Wilmer Flores all had 2 hits each.  Flores doubled and drove in 2 runs.  Brian Bixler homered. Binghamton 8, Altoona 5Erik Goeddel made a quality start, giving up 3 runs on 3 hits over 6 innings, with 3 walks and 6 strikeouts, although he ended up with the no decision.  Adam Kolarek got the win, and after striking out 5 of the 6 batters he faced Jack Leathersich got the save.  Allan Dykstra was 2 for 3 with a double and 2 RBI’s.  Cesar Puello doubled, walked twice, and scored 3 runs.  Darrell Ceciliani doubled and drove in 3 runs.  Blake Forsythe hit his 4th homer of the season. Noah Syndergaard faced 7 batters, and retired all of them with 2 strikeouts before the rains came.  They’ll attempt to finish this game before today’s regularly scheduled game. Savannah 8, Greenville 3Steven Matz gave up 2 runs in 3 innings, but had to leave the game 1 batter into the 4th inning because of an injury. Julian Hilario got the win after completing 3 scoreless innings in relief of Matz.  Jeff Reynolds had 3 hits and 4 RBI’s.  Jayce Boyd, Stefan Sabol, Cole Frenzel, Yucary De La Cruz, and Phillip Evans all had 2 hits.  Boyd, Sabol, and Evans all had doubles.  Eudy Pina homered.  Brandon Nimmo returned to the lineup, going 0 for 5 with a strikeout.
