Slow night on the farm as St. Lucie had the night off and Binghamton was washed out.  Let’s see what did happen. Lehigh Valley 3, Buffalo 2               Pat Misch had a solid outing (6 IP, hits, 2 ER, 0 BB, 1 K) but did not factor into the decision.  Jose de la Torre gave up a run in the 7th to take the loss.  Rueben Tejada had another good night, going 2 for 4 with an RBI.  And Nick Evans got to play third!  He also contributed with a 2 for 5 effort.Erie @ Binghamton – Rained OutLakewood 4, Savannah 3               The Sand Gnats got three runs in the first inning, all coming on a Sam Honeck bases clearing double.  After seeing their output, the Savannah offense patted themselves on the back, said “Job well done” and took the rest of the night off.  They managed only three singles the rest of the way.  Chase Huchingson took the loss, but he didn’t deserve it.  In three innings of relief work, he gave up two unearned runs (one of which came on a passed ball by Albert Cordero).
