While the Mets surprised everyone by doing something good for a change, this was the night on the farm: Sacramento 3, Las Vegas 0The offense finally ran out for Vegas, as singles by Jamie Hoffman, Zach Lutz, and Juan Centeno were their only hits of the game.  Chris Schwinden was decent, but took the loss, giving up 2 runs on 8 hits in 5 innings, walking 1 and striking out 5. Harrisburg 3, Binghamton 1Jacob deGrom gave up all 3 runs in the first inning, and then settled in for 5 more scoreless innings, although he walked 2 and struck out just 1.  Chase Huchingson had a hitless inning with 2 strikeouts and Jack Leathersich struck out the side in a scoreless inning, surprisingly without even a walk.  Cesar Puello homered to give the B-Mets their only run of the game.  Wilfredo Tovar had 2 hits to push his average to .218. Fort Myers 6, St. Lucie 0Noah Syndergaard took the loss after giving up 1 run on 8 hits over 6 innings, walking 2 and striking out 5.  Pedro Feliciano gave up 3 runs (1 earned) on 2 hits in .2 innings.  Chasen Bradford gave up 2 more runs.  Cam Maron and Travis Taijeron both had doubles.  The rest of the team combined for 4 singles. Savannah’s game was suspended after 3 innings with the Gnats trailing 1-0.  Steven Matz gave up the run, while walking 1 and striking out 4.  The game will be resumed May 30 in Kannapolis.
