Binghamton had the day off and Savannah got rained out, so we’re a little light on games, but there’s plenty of interesting stuff on the farm last night nonetheless. Let’s check it out: Tacoma 10, Las Vegas 7Chris Schwinden let up 6 runs on 8 hits over 5 innings and Greg Peavey let up 3 more runs in 2 innings of work, as a short-handed 51s lineup couldn’t keep up. Andrew Brown was 3 for 4 with a triple, 2 homers, and 4 RBI’s. Wilmer Flores was 2 for 4 and hit his 6th homer of the year. Eric Campbell was 2 for 4 with a triple. St. Lucie 9, Clearwater 4Noah Syndergaard got the win, but gave up 4 runs on 6 hits in 6 innings. He walked 1, struck out 5, and gave up 2 homers. Jim Fuller, Randy Fontanez, and T.J. Chism all threw a scoreless inning of relief. T.J. Rivera, Aderlin Rodriguez, Charley Thurber, Albert Cordero, and Gilbert Gomez all had 2 hits each. A triple by Rivera was the only extra base hit of the game. Both Rivera and Gomez drove in 2 runs each. DSL Mets1 2, DSL Pirates2 018-year old lefty Adrian Almeida threw 3 shutout innings to start the game, and Juan Marte threw 4.2 shutout innings in relief to lead the Mets. Miguel Leal had 3 hits, including a double and Johanny Sierra was 2 for 4 with an RBI. DSL Mets2 4, DSL Phillies 016-year old lefty Jose Medina threw 5 shutout innings, allowing 2 hits and no walks. Gabriel Feliz followed with 4 shutout innings.
