The B-Mets were rained out last night, as were the Brooklyn Cyclones on opening night, so we’re a little short on games, but this should be the last time for a long that’s the case.

Oklahoma City 6, Las Vegas 5 (12 innings)

Logan Verrett started and allowed 4 runs (2 earned) on 8 hits over 5 innings.  But John Church allowed an inherited runner to score in the 9th to tie the game and Zack Thornton allowed a walk-off homer in the 12th.  Travis d’Arnaud was 2 for 6 with a homer and 2 strikeouts.  Allan Dykstra also had 2 hits.  Juan Centeno was 3 for 5 with a double.  Cory Vaughn hit a 2-run homer.

Augusta 5, Savannah 1

Alex Panteliodis started for the Gnats and let up 4 runs on 7 hits over 5 innings.  Dominic Smith was 2 for 4 with a double.  Jonathan Leroux was 2 for 3 with a homer.  Champ Stuart also had 2 hits.  Gavin Cecchini did not play after leaving Thursday’s game with a hamstring injury.
