With Buffalo having the night off and St. Lucie rained out, it was a pretty slow night on the farm.  Let’s observe… Richmond 5, Binghamton 3Brandon Moore struggled through five innings, giving up four runs (three earned), and the offense mustered only five hits. Palm Beach @ St. Lucie, PPD (Rain) Savannah 6, Rome 5A night after the Sand Gnats clinched, they and the Braves battled it out in a see-saw affair.  Greg Peavey had another strong outing, going 6 innings and giving up only 2 earned runs (though 4 overall).  Wilfredo Tovar doubled home the tying run in the bottom of the 8th, and then scored the go ahead ruin on a passed ball.  He was 3 for 5 on the evening.  Hamilton Bennett pitched the 9th for the save.
