While the Mets sat through another rain delay, here’s what was happening down on the farm: Las Vegas 12, Fresno 2Chris Schwinden was surprisingly effective, allowing just 2 runs in 6 innings.  Justin Hampson, Sean Henn, and Rob Carson each threw a scoreless inning.  Wilmer Flores was 5 for 6 with 2 doubles and 1 RBI.  Juan Centeno was 3 for 5 with 2 doubles and 1 RBI.  Ruben Tejada didn’t start, but he had an RBI double as a pinch hitter.  Ike Davis was 1 for 4 with a 2-run homer.  Matt den Dekker was 0 for 2 with 3 walks and 1 RBI. Binghamton 4, Altoona 2The B-Mets were able to finish the game they started the night before.  Darin Gorski took over in the 2nd inning and let up 2 runs over 5 innings.  John Church, Pedro Feliciano, and Jeff Walters all threw a scoreless inning.  Danny Muno was 3 for 3 with a double and 2 RBI’s.  Blake Forsythe homered. Hickory 9, Savannah 2Gabriel Ynoa took the loss after giving up 4 runs on 7 hits over 6.2 innings, with 2 walks and 6 strikeouts.  The bullpen gave up 5 more runs.  Chad Zurcher had 2 hits and Stefan Sabol doubled.  Brandon Nimmo was 1 for 4 with 1 RBI. Staten Island 5, Brooklyn 2John Gant struck out 9 in 5 innings, but got the loss after allowing 4 runs on 4 hits and 2 walks.  L.J.
