A full slate of games on the farm last night, let’s get to it: Tucson 3, Las Vegas 2Matt Fox threw 6 shutout innings, but the bullpen gave the game away.  Jack Leathersich walked 2 and gave up a run, and then Justin Hampson gave up 2 runs in the bottom of the 9th to lose it.  Zach Lutz was 2 for 3 with a double and RBI.  Wilmer Flores was 1 for 3 with a double.  Ruben Tejada was 1 for 3 with a walk and 2 strikeouts. New Hampshire 6, Binghamton 5Mark Cohoon was solid, giving up 3 runs over 5 innings, but Ryan Fraser gave up 3 more runs to lose the lead and the game.  Danny Muno, Josh Rodriguez, and Cesar Puello had 2 hits each.  Darrell Ceciliani and Blake Forsythe hit back to back homers in the 6th inning. Jupiter 4, St. Lucie 1Matt Bowman took another loss after giving up 4 runs on 6 hits over 5.2 innings, hurting himself with 4 walks to just 5 strikeouts.  Angel Cuan struck out 3 in 2.1 hitless innings.  Jayce Boyd was 2 for 4 with a double; he’s hitting .404 with St. Lucie.  Nelfi Zapata and Charley Thurber both doubled as well. Greenville 8, Savannah 4Matt Koch scattered 8 hits, giving up 3 runs over 5 innings, but Tyler Vanderheiden gave up 4 runs and recording just 1 out to doom the Gnats.  Albert Cordero had 3 hits.  Phillip Evans had 2 hits and scored 2 runs.  Brandon Nimmo walked twice and struck out thrice. Aberdeen 6, Brooklyn 5 (11 innings)Shawn Teufel allowed an unearned run in the 11th on an error by Alex Sanchez, as the Iron Birds walked off with a win.  Jorge Rivero and Anthony Chavez had 3 hits each.  Chavez hit a 3-run homer.  Sanchez, Patrick Blondi, and Jared king all had doubles. Kingsport 5, Johnson City 3Corey Oswalt let up just 2 runs on 7 hits over 4 innings, walking 1 and striking out 4.  Yoan Gonzalez struck out 5 and allowed 1 run in 4 innings to get the win.  Robert Coles (28th round) got the save.  Champ Stuart and Jeff McNeil both had 2 hits, including a double.  Victor Cruzado had 3 hits.  Jeyckol De Leon hit a 3-run homer. GCL Nationals 7, GCL Mets 6Jenrry Mejia made his second rehab start in the GCL, allowing 2 runs on 5 hits over 4 innings with 1 walk and 2 strikeouts.  Mejia induced 8 groundout and 0 fly outs.  Dominic Smith was 2 for 5 with a double and 2 RBI’s, but struck out in his 3 other at bats.  Leon Canelon was 3 for 3 with 3 RBI’s.  Vicente Lupo was 1 for 3 with a double, a walk, and 2 runs scored, although he’s been slow to get going this year. DSL Mets1 7, DSL Rojos 619-year old shortstop Luis Crisostomo was 2 for 3 with 3 runs scored.  John Mora was 2 for 3 with a double and 4 RBI’s. DSL Mets2 5, DSL Marlins 019-year old lefty Kevin Canelon threw 5 shutout innings with 7 strikeouts.  Junior Carrion had 2 hits and 2 RBI’s.
